Pavajans provides publisher recruitment, training, performance support, and assistance with USD payout processes for global live video chat platforms. Platform rules also apply.

• No illegal, abusive, or harmful content
• Respect others’ rights and privacy

6. Intellectual Property

Site content, logos, and designs belong to Pavajans or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

7. Earnings

Earnings depend on performance; no guaranteed income. See the Earnings Disclaimer.

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pavajans is not liable for indirect damages or third-party platform outages. Mandatory consumer rights remain.

9. Termination

We may suspend or end access for breaches of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

Turkish law applies; Istanbul courts have jurisdiction (mandatory consumer provisions reserved).
